GENERAL RULES:

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive the package to return the product.
  • The cost of shipping remains your responsibility.
  • Please ensure that the returned products are unused.
  • You can ship your parcel however you like. Please make sure to ship it directly to our warehouse address – we cannot accept parcels from collection points. Please also secure the parcel during transport.
  • Refunds are usually made within 5 days of the parcel being received by the warehouse.

STEP 1 - Submit a return

Before sending us your parcel, please complete the short returns form in your Customer Panel . This will allow us to process your return faster and refund your funds more efficiently.
1. In the Customer Panel , in the Orders tab, select the order you want to return.
2. Select the Cancel order button, select the reason for cancellation and confirm with the Cancel order button.

In the form you can choose how you want your funds to be returned to you:

Option 1. Refund to the Store Card + 5% of the order value
For example: You return a purchase worth PLN 600, and PLN 630 will be transferred to your store account to be used in the Semprearte.com store ( see a simple guide to the Store Card )

Option 2. Refund according to payment method.
For example: The payment was made using BLIK - the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made.

STEP 2 - Send Return

Check and pack the products you've registered for return. Remember that the products must be well-protected, preferably in their original packaging.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we need a few business days to process it, usually no more than 5 days.
The time it takes for funds to be credited to your account depends on the payment method you choose and your operator.

No, we will send your refund to your original payment method or to your Store Card.

You don't have to. We want our products to be properly protected. However, if you have an idea for a reusable box, great!

Yes, when sending via Wygodne Zwroty, you can choose the option of sending your parcel such as InPost parcel lockers, DPD machines, DHL POP or Żabka stores and others.
