    2. Attach 2 good quality photos showing the defect of the product (if the product was damaged during transport, please attach the form prepared with the courier upon receipt)

    3. We would like to point out that the following damage to the products is not subject to a complaint:
    • natural wear and tear of the product;
    • replaceable parts , e.g. locks, carabiners, straps;
    • mechanical damage (abrasion, tearing, tearing or scratching, detachment of decorations, locks, rubber, etc.) resulting from the use of products by you, and damage resulting from the lack or improper maintenance;
    • damage caused by using the product contrary to its intended use;
    • discoloration of clothing due to products made of naturally colored lining or made of natural leather;

      We have 14 days from the moment you deliver your statement to consider the complaint.
