Store Card - Refund Instructions and Regulations
What is a Store Card?
The Store Card is a convenient refund method that allows you to use the refunded amount on future purchases in our store.
How does the Store Card work?
When you receive a refund in the form of a store card:
- The funds will be automatically added to your customer account
- You can use them on your next purchase in our store
- Funds are valid for 3 years from the date of addition
- The credit is visible after logging in to your account ( PROFILE tab, at the very bottom in the PAYMENT METHODS section)
How to use funds from the Store Card?
- Log in to your customer account in our store
- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Check the "Store Credit" section during checkout - you will see the amount available there
- Click "Apply Store Credit" to use the funds as your payment method
- If the order value exceeds the credit amount, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Important information
- You must be logged in to your account to use your Store Card funds.
- Store Card funds are used in the full amount available - partial amounts cannot be selected
- Store Card funds are valid for 3 years - check your account for details
- You can check your credit status at any time by logging into your account.
- You cannot withdraw funds from your store card, it can only be used for purchases at Semprearte.com
Checking your balance
To check the available funds on your Store Card:
- Log in to your customer account
- Go to your account details by clicking the PROFILE tab
- There you will find information about your available balance
