  we offer Free Delivery in Poland for orders over PLN 200 and free, international delivery in Europe for orders over PLN 800.

↠↠ WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

  It may take 1 to 3 business days for your package to be ready for shipment
 Delivery time in Poland is on average 2-3 working days
 International delivery time is on average 4-7 working days

↠↠ WHAT MEANS A PRODUCT ON PRE-ORDER?

  If the product is in pre-order, it means that it is on its way from the workshop in Mexico to the warehouse in Poland. Pre-sale usually takes about 10 days. The order will be processed only when it reaches the warehouse in Poland. Pre-sale is a great opportunity to buy a product at a discounted price.

↠↠ CAN I EXPECT A SOLD OUT PRODUCT TO APPEAR AGAIN?

  Yes. All products on the website are made on a regular basis. Usually deliveries are made monthly.

↠↠ DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE POLAND? WHAT ABOUT TAX AND DUTY?

  We ship worldwide. Free international shipping is provided for orders over PLN 800.
 International customers are responsible for any custom formalities and customs fees in their countries. If you need us to make changes, please leave a note at checkout or email us at: info@semprearte.com

↠↠ WHERE IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED FROM?

  We have two warehouses. One in Poland, the other in Mexico. Parcels for SempreArte customers are sent from a warehouse in Poland.

↠↠ CAN I EXCHANGE A PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER ?

  Yes, if your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist you with the exchange. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us - info@semprearte.com

↠↠ CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

 Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@semprearte.com - we will give you the address of the nearest warehouse.
  Remember, to return an order, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .

  Remember that each SempreArte product has a different pattern and is handmade by artisans who produce one-of-a-kind items. This makes them unique and distinguishes them from factory-produced accessories.

  We provide a tracking number for each order and will be happy to help you contact the courier. SempreArte is not responsible for lost packages - each shipment is insured.
