  We offer Free Shipping in Poland for orders over PLN 200 and free international delivery in Europe for orders over PLN 800.

↠↠ WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

 Delivery time within Poland is on average 2-4 working days

 International delivery time is on average 4-7 business days

↠↠ WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT A PRODUCT IS ON PRE-ORDER?

  If a product is on pre-sale, it means that it is on its way from the workshop in Mexico to the warehouse in Poland. Pre-sale usually lasts about 10 days. The order will be fulfilled only when it reaches the warehouse in Poland. Pre-sale is a great opportunity to buy a product at a discounted price.

↠↠ CAN I EXPECT A SOLD OUT ITEM TO COME BACK IN STOCK?

  Yes. All products on the website are made on an ongoing basis. Usually deliveries are made monthly.

↠↠ DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE POLAND? WHAT ABOUT TAX AND DUTY?

  We ship worldwide. Free international shipping is provided for orders over 800 PLN.
 International customers are responsible for any custom formalities and customs fees in their own countries. If you need us to make changes, please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@semprearte.com

↠↠ WHERE IS MY PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED FROM?

  We have two warehouses. One in Poland, the other in Mexico. Parcels for SempreArte customers are shipped from the warehouse in Poland.

↠↠ CAN I EXCHANGE A PURCHASED PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER ONE ?

  Yes, if your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to help you with an exchange. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us - info@semprearte.com

↠↠ CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

 Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at info@semprearte.com - we will give you the address of the nearest warehouse.
  Please note that to return your order, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .

  Remember that each SempreArte product has a different design and is handmade by artisans who produce one-of-a-kind items. This makes them unique and different from factory-made accessories.

  We provide a tracking number for each order and will gladly help you contact the courier. SempreArte is not responsible for lost packages - each shipment is insured.
